Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between LR Energy and leading Oil Marketing Companies for CBG and other renewable products.
• Lead negotiations for offtake agreements, pricing structures, and long-term supply contracts.
• Monitor policy developments and commercial trends across the OMC and bioenergy space, and align LR Energy’s marketing strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate integration of project execution timelines with OMCs’ procurement, blending, and distribution cycles.
• Identify and open new market opportunities for CBG, Bio-CNG, and associated products through institutional and government channels.
• Provide strategic inputs to senior management regarding commercial viability, marketing risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead participation in bidding processes or tenders floated by government and OMCs.
• Represent LR Energy at industry forums, policy discussions, and marketing conferences.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing coordination team as projects scale.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government marketing, metering, and quality assurance norms.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / science / marketing; MBA preferred.
• 18+ years of experience, with strong background in oil & gas marketing; candidates from GAIL, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, IGL, etc., highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in coordinating cross-functional teams within energy marketing value chains.
• Deep understanding of OMC operations, gas distribution networks, pricing structures, and government policy frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high levels of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India as required.
