Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Act as an SME in one or more of the below areas for Technology and/or Professional Services sector clients
Process, Operations and finance transformationStrategy, cost reduction, revenue acceleration & margin improvementLeading a team of consultants and senior consultants independently on client engagement(s)Orchestrating the entire client engagement and deliverablesLeading the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectationsManaging and resolve any client escalationsDriving client workshops with senior executive level stakeholders independentlyProgram management to ensure client deliverables are completed within planned timelinesDemonstrating significant industry / solution expertiseManaging project economics around invoicing, collections and marginsSupport business development activities by putting together proposals for client pursuitsContributing to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-viewsBuilding a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coachAssist in resolving people issuesEnsure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policiesContribute to the firms initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellenceManage senior external/internal stakeholders independently

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

MBA (tier 1) or CA with 8-12 years of work ex

Experience

8 to 12 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise inat least three of the areas listed Business transformation,Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment,Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation
In-depth domain knowledge in one or more and expertise in at least one sector of the following sectors: IT/ITeS and Tech
