Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products and solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to overall sales objectives. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support.

• Possess strong Sales Consulting abilities to identify customer needs and deliver optimal solutions.
• Exhibit effective Communication skills to articulate solutions and collaborate with teams and clients.
• Experience in Consulting with customers to recommend products and strategies is valuable.
• Proficiency in developing client relationships, understanding sales processes, and achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in industrial tools and technology solutions is a plus.
