About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment efforts across functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while helping build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle across functions and locations Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates Maintain candidate records, update trackers, and prepare recruitment reports Coordinate with external consultants and recruitment agencies where applicable Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation of selected candidates Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with workforce planning Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Familiarity with job portals, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requirements simultaneously Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
