Job Description Associate - TA Minimum Qualification Graduation/BBA/Diploma HR/MBA. Minimum 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Job Summary: Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and assisting in the hiring of qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This role requires a proactive approach to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit for the position. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Assist in the interview process, including conducting interviews when necessary. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates regarding their application status. Recruitment Coordination: Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates. Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
