Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: BBRC-Lead Discovery & Optimization is looking for a motivated bioinformatics scientist to analyse next generation sequencing data from proteomics, transcriptomics, genomics and other high dimensional data sets, and integrate the multiomics data for actionable leads. The position is embedded in team working on early targets and lead optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis of bulk and single cell transcriptomics, genomics, proteomics, phosphoproteomics and other high dimensional datasets. Integration of multiomics data sets.
Development of statistical framework for data analysis and integration.
Work with multiple teams in a collaborative manner. Intepret the analyses results, and present the outcomes.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech.

Technical/functional Skills

Clear understanding of concepts underlying normalization, differentiatal expression, understanding variance in high-dimensional datasets.
Domonstrable experience in stastistical modelling, machine learning workflows.
Sound understanding of ML algorithms and ability to apply appropriate methods.
Proficiency in program skills in R and Python, preferably both.
Experience with AWS/HPC environment.

Experience: 4-8 years

Behavioral Skills: Ability to work in collaborative atmosphere. Strong communication and presentation skills.
