We are seeking a dynamic and driven Investment Banker with approximately 2 years of experience in financial advisory, capital markets, or M&A. The ideal candidate will support senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and managing client relationships across diverse industries.Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of M&A, IPOs, debt/equity financing, and restructuring transactions Prepare pitch books, financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and execution Liaise with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities Support due diligence processes and data room management Maintain and update transaction databases and internal reporting tools Will Support the CEO Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred) 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel/PowerPoint Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work Preferred Attributes Exposure to cross-border transactions or emerging markets Experience working with senior stakeholders and clients Passion for finance and a strong commercial acumen Work Location - Mumbai , Lower Parel Interested candidates can email on ankita.bagul@tzarlabs.com.
