About the Job: As we scale, we are looking for an Associate Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring high performance, strong onboarding, and a culture of excellence.
Job Location: Onboarding and Training in Hyderabad for the first 3-6 months, later to Chennai.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Hire, Train and Lead a team of 14-15 Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring they meet KPIs on activations & conversions.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture through structured coaching, audits, and daily check-ins.
•Drive discipline and sales targets aligned with company growth
• Drive training for new joiners, ensuring they ramp up quickly and deliver results.
• Conduct regular call audits, provide feedback, and track improvements in performance.
• Ensure structured execution by monitoring daily RM activities and intervening when needed.
• Use CRM and analytics tools to identify patterns, track productivity, and optimize strategies.
• Present performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

• 2-5 years in Sales, with 1+ years managing sales teams.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop sales teams.
• Strong Tamil native communication skills (mandatory).
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
• Ability to manage high-intensity sales environments.
Job Details
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Shifts: 6 days working, rotational week off
Salary: 4.5 – 6 LPA + Incentives & OT
Notice Period: 30 days
