The person will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of 4–5 commission-based field agents who will execute outreach and engagement activities. Must have: LOCAL CONNECTIONS + POLITICAL AWARENESS + FIELD SALES EXPERIENCE This role is ideal for someone with solid field sales experience, team leadership skills, and good understanding of the local political environment. Key ResponsibilitiesHire, onboard, and manage a team of 4–5 commission-based field agents. Train agents on product pitch, field activities, and performance standards. Lead daily and weekly field operations to meet targets. Monitor agent productivity and provide continuous guidance. Build strong local networks including political and community connections. Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality and consistency. Plan and run local outreach campaigns. Report insights, performance, and feedback to leadership. Required Qualifications & SkillsMandatory: Field sales experience (any industry). Experience leading or managing field teams is strongly preferred. Native Telugu speaker with strong Telugu communication skills. Excellent people management and motivational capability. Strong local familiarity with native district (villages, mandals, influencers). Interest or experience in political activities is a plus. Result-oriented and self-driven personality. Two-wheeler and smartphone required.
