Role Description

dynamic Associate Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.

• Manage existing accounts and implement cross-selling strategies.
• Coordinate customer product trials and ensure successful outcomes.
• Engage with key stakeholders – procurement, plant, and R&D teams.
• Introduce new products and drive demand creation.
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to management.

Desired Skills & Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (CIPET) / MBA – Marketing
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Polymers / PVC / CPVC / Chemicals / Plastic Machinery
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
