Job Description

As an Associate Recruiter/ Recruiter at IMS People Possible (Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) in the ORS US division, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Your role will involve fostering long-term relationships with candidates, reviewing and understanding job requirements, and verifying if applicants meet position criteria. Additionally, you will be expected to research new technologies, maintain the candidate database, and prepare daily recruiting reports for the team manager. Handling clients and conference calls will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline with 0 to 1 year of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and internet usage are essential. Recruiting and sourcing skills, as well as negotiation and selling abilities, will be advantageous. This position is based in Ahmedabad and follows US Shift timings (06:30 PM - 3:30 AM) or (07:30 PM - 04:30 AM).
