Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida for an Associate Recruiter. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating recruitment databases, coordinating interviews, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The Associate Recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience and help create effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Previous experience in Recruitment internship or training.
