Role Description

As an Associate Recruiter with TraviYo, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, requiring proactive communication, attention to detail, and a focus on building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring teams.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment methodologies.
• Familiarity with Screening and Interviewing Techniques to effectively evaluate candidate suitability.
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
