Work Model

• First 2 months:

  100% Onsite (Noida)

• After 2 months:

  Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite + 2 weeks WFH
  

Compensation

• CTC:

  3.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
  
• Conduct screening and preliminary interviews
  
• Understand job requirements and match relevant profiles
  
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
  
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
  
• Build strong candidate relationships
  
• Stay updated on US staffing market trends
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills – mandatory

• Comfortable working

  night shifts

• Willing to work

  onsite in Noida

• Must be a

  graduate

  (Final-year or currently pursuing candidates are not eligible)
