Associate Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist at Aaryavin Services, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle IT recruitment for contract-to-hire (C2H) roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding client requirements and job specifications clearly. - Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. - Evaluating candidates" technical and soft skills through telephonic interviews. - Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Following up on interview feedback and managing offer negotiations. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future C2H openings. - Maintaining recruitment-related data, reports, and trackers. - Ensuring compliance with internal hiring processes and timelines. Additionally, you will be required to work full-time with a shift timing of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Monday-Friday) at our office located in Sector-61, Noida, U.P.
