Associate Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and resourceful Associate Recruiters to join our offshore recruitment team supporting clients in North America (U.S. & Canada). This position is well-suited for both freshers and experienced professionals eager to establish or expand their expertise in global recruitment.

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between exceptional candidates and our esteemed clients, driving end-to-end recruitment activities while gaining unparalleled exposure to international hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand talent requirements and role specifications.
• Leverage job boards, professional networks, and databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ensure seamless use of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices within the U.S. and Canadian recruitment landscape.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT recruitment).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Noida, Delhi NCR.
• Open to working in North American time zones (night shifts as required).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with U.S. staffing or RPO or Canadian recruitment processes.
• Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
