Role Description

This is a Contract-to-hire hybrid role for an Associate Recruiter/Intern located in Noida, India. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and conducting reference checks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the development of job descriptions, managing the recruitment process, and supporting the overall staffing needs of clients.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, Screening, and Conducting Reference Checks skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and Excellent Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (not a must to have)
• Experience in recruitment within the specialized industries is a plus (not a must to have)
