IMS People, a division of IMS People Possible (Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), is currently seeking a Jr. Recruiter/Recruiter for the ORS US division. The role involves sourcing candidates from various channels, submitting qualified candidates for job requirements, building lasting relationships with candidates, and working efficiently to meet deadlines. The position is based in Ahmedabad and follows US Shift timings (06:30 PM - 3:30 AM) or (07:30 PM - 04:30 AM). Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates from job portals, databases, and references. - Submit qualified candidates for open job requirements. - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with candidates. - Ability to work under tight deadlines. - Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants" qualifications. Job Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong willingness to learn independently. - Comfortable working efficiently under pressure. - Diploma or bachelor's degree.
