We are currently looking to hire a Jr. Recruiter/Recruiter for our ORS US division. The role involves tasks such as candidate sourcing, screening, and maintaining relationships with potential candidates. The job location is Ahmedabad with US Shift timings (06:30 PM - 3:30 AM) or (07:30 PM - 04:30 AM), and it requires working on tight deadlines and conducting pre-screening calls to assess applicants" abilities. Job Qualifications for this position include excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong desire for self-learning, comfort with high-speed work under pressure, and a diploma or bachelor's degree. The preferred candidate profile entails excellent verbal communication, a positive attitude, negotiation skills, and selling skills.
