Associate QA (Live Ops) in Noida

We are looking for a QA (Live Ops) Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of in-game events and offers, monitoring player engagement, creating engaging in-game content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outcomes. This position provides hands-on experience in game operations and an opportunity to understand the intricacies of Live Ops management within the gaming industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing in-game events, season passes, and day-to-day sales. Monitor player engagement and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement. Work closely with the production team for ad hoc and feasibility requests to improve live features and revenue generation. Execute and manage end-to-end QA for live events, ensuring timely release and minimal issues. Conduct continuous monitoring of live events/features and promptly address issues reported by player support. Communicate testing status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders through daily QA reports. Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for all Season Pass and event-related releases. Requirements Extensive experience in executing full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and managing bug life cycles. Strong expertise in various testing types including functionality, UI/UX, alpha and beta, A/B testing, analytics, regression, ad hoc, and SFX testing. Experience in using advanced bug reporting tools such as JIRA with support logs, images, and video attachments. Ability to configure features with segment and micro-segmentation based on user targeting. Proficiency in preparing and executing test cases and managing them using tools like TestRail. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between QA, product, development, and production teams. Ability to generate detailed QA reports and escalate blockers or issues.
