Associate Project Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

   • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
   • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators.

2. Communication and Reporting:

   • Conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
   • Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients.
   • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

3. Execution and Monitoring:

   • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
   • Manage project budgets and resources.
   • Ensure project deadlines are met.
   • Review internal deliverables before sending to clients to ensure quality.

4. Risk Management:

   • Identify and address conflicts promptly.
   • Mediate conflicts fairly and effectively.
   • Maintain a calm and professional demeanour during conflicts.

5. Quality Assurance:

   • Maintain the quality of all project documents/data to assure the integrity of a project.
   • Ensure adherence to standardized format guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Kantata, Figma, JIRA.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
• Understanding of digital marketing and web environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with website development projects.
• Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems (CMS).
