Associate Program Manager - Fulfillment

, you will play a key role in running high-impact processes, managing teams, and driving efficiency across workflows. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day execution, lead on-ground teams, and drive operational efficiency. This is a consumer-facing role at one of the fastest-growing travel startups, requiring a 6-day in-office presence to ensure seamless service and team coordination.

The Job

  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage daily operations across your assigned function or center, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and process adherence.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support on-ground staff; ensure team alignment, accountability, and performance.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and drive initiatives to improve workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance output quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met consistently.
  • Customer Experience: Act as a point of contact for escalations; work cross-functionally to resolve service issues with speed and empathy.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with the leadership team.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure operations adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and data security standards.
  • Initiative Execution: Support new process rollouts, tech implementation, or expansion plans, working closely with central teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations, project management, or team lead role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational dashboards.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week and manage on-ground operations.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
