Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire product lifecycle — from ideation, planning, and development to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality product features.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams leveraging technologies such as Red Hat OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Translate complex business problems into clear technical product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
• Monitor product performance metrics and continuously refine features and strategies to improve user engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strong documentation and stakeholder communication throughout the development lifecycle.
• Advocate for customer needs, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall experience in product management or product development, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform products.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional development efforts.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, CI/CD practices, and microservices-based architecture.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities; able to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on cloud-native applications in a B2B or enterprise software environment.
• Exposure to DevOps tools, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and product design processes
