Associate Product Manager - Wealth Tech

ROLE OVERVIEW:

high-energy Associate Product Manager (APM)

In this role, you’ll help shape the experience for users who save, invest, and track their wealth across mutual funds, stocks, and other assets.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — Design, Engineering, and Growth — to build intuitive, data-driven, and delightful wealth products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Work with senior PMs to define the roadmap for user growth, onboarding, and investment journeys.
• Conduct

  user research and competitor analysis

  to identify gaps in digital investing experiences.
• Deeply understand investor pain points around Customer journeys 
  

Product Execution

• Write clear

  Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

  , user stories, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to deliver seamless, high-performance features.
• Track and optimize core product metrics —

  AUM growth, SIP activation & retention, onboarding completion, transaction success rate,

  etc.
• Conduct

  UAT testing

  , monitor release performance, and collect feedback for iteration.

Product Analytics & Insights

• Analyze user behavior across the platform to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics (user engagement, conversion funnels, retention, transaction volumes)
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product health and business KPIs

Research & Market Intelligence

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research in the fintech/investment space
• Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform product strategy
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting product offerings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• 2-4 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or data analysis roles
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or investment platforms is a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data simply
• Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering insights from data
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
