To know more, please visit: www.neo-group.in Position: Associate Product Manager Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 1 to 4 years Role Overview: We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and support the development of AI/ML-driven products. This is an entry-level role , ideal for candidates who are passionate about product management and have a keen interest in machine learning. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to help define, build, and improve AI-powered solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in managing ML products, understanding customer needs, and contributing to product roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap for AI/ML-driven solutions. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to build and improve ML-powered features. Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to understand customer needs. Write and maintain product requirements, user stories, and feature documentation . Support product managers in tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions. Help ensure smooth product development by coordinating between technical and non-technical teams . Stay up to date with industry trends in AI/ML and product management . Required Skills & Qualifications: Product Management Skills: Basic understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and feedback . Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams . Machine Learning & Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts , such as supervised/unsupervised learning and model evaluation. Familiarity with tools like Python, SQL, or ML platforms (optional but a plus). Understanding of how ML models are built, deployed, and monitored (even if theoretical). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field. Internship or academic projects related to AI, ML, or product management .
