Job Title: Associate Product Manager – LAP | LOS & Leadgen Location: [Mumbai / Hybrid ] About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing Loan Against Property (LAP) product team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or deep understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) , lead generation modules , or secured lending products . You'll work closely with business, tech, design, and operations teams to build scalable products that enhance customer acquisition and loan processing efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap for LOS and Leadgen modules. Break down high-level business problems into structured product requirements and user stories. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to develop and deliver product features. Monitor performance metrics, user behavior, and funnel drop-offs to drive improvements. Coordinate with credit, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflows across the lending journey. Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify trends in secured lending and customer onboarding. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in product management or related roles. Prior exposure to loan origination platforms , lead management systems , or secured lending products is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of end-to-end customer journey in lending (especially secured products like LAP). Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Mixpanel, or Postman. Familiarity with regulatory aspects of secured lending.
