Job Description

Role Overview

Associate Product Manager (APM)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in translating business goals into product roadmaps and feature definitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and track product performance metrics.
Help define clear product specifications and write user stories.
Support in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Drive adoption of features through training, demos, and collaboration with operations and sales teams.
Stay updated on agri-tech trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in product management role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech, design, business).
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.
Passion for the agriculture sector and creating meaningful impact.
