Associate Product Consultant

Overview

In This Role, You Will

Key Responsibilities

• Support planner outreach and engagement to improve response rates on active RFPs.
• Track and analyze RFP performance metrics (responses, bookings, and follow-ups).
• Collaborate with the Supplier Response and Marketplace Health teams to identify unresponsive vendors/planners and support improvement actions.
  

Workflow & Quality Management

• Maintain data accuracy in project tracking sheets and internal dashboards.
• Assist in running periodic marketplace health checks to ensure responsiveness.
• Identify process gaps and share insights or recommendations with the team.
  

Collaboration & Learning

• Participate in cross-functional discussions to streamline workflows.
• Assist in creating or refining communication templates and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated on evolving marketplace tools, AI-assisted features, and industry best practices.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Positive attitude with a demonstrated curiosity to learn.
• Basic understanding or interest in AI, automation, and the evolving tech landscape.
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative.
• (Preferred but not required) Background in business, hospitality, or related fields.
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Experience in the travel or event planning industry is a plus.
