Job Description

Role Overview: As a Product Consultant at Aerchain, you play a crucial role at the intersection of solution consulting and pre-sales enablement. Your primary responsibility is to uncover customer problems, align them with Aerchain's product offerings, quantify the value proposition, and guide prospects and new customers towards rapid and repeatable success. Your insights and expertise will not only influence the direction of the product but also assist the Sales team in closing strategic deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead discovery calls with customers to document pain points and success criteria effectively. - Design to-be workflows on Aerchain, emphasizing ROI and speed-to-value for the customers. - Conduct tailored product deep-dives and proofs of concept, then measure the outcomes for continuous improvement. Pre-Sales Partnership: - Develop demo narratives, value calculators, and competitive battle-cards to support Sales efforts. - Accompany the Sales team in executive pitches as the product and industry expert. - Prepare solution proposals and scope statements to accelerate deal cycles efficiently. Implementation & Adoption: - Coordinate kickoff to go-live processes, ensuring alignment with customer KPIs. - Monitor adoption dashboards to identify risks early on and drive necessary remediation actions. - Showcase success stories to secure renewals and expansions effectively. Voice of Customer & Product: - Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements and UX recommendations. - Prioritize inputs based on business impact and current market trends. Thought Leadership: - Publish best-practice playbooks and present at webinars or industry events to showcase expertise. - Mentor junior consultants to foster a high-performance and learning culture within the team effectively. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in solution consulting, product management, customer success, or management consulting, preferably with Indian & US enterprise clients. - Proven track record in owning pre-sales cycles, including RFP responses, demos, and value assessments. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate process maps and data into compelling ROI narratives. - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating strategies to the C-suite as well as detailing workflow-level specifics. - Blend of product-thinking and commercial acumen to identify upsell opportunities while addressing the core issues. - Nice-to-have: Tier-1 engineering/MBA background and willingness to travel occasionally.
