Position Description The Associate Manager SCM operates computer terminals to record warehouse movements and ensure an accurate inventory. Material Planning and Stock controlling. Import Shipment monitoring and clearance planning. Ability to manage 3PL operations Scrap monitoring and inventory management. Undertake routine stock checks on material / lot numbers and bin levels. The AM assists in the preparation of shipping documents, reverse pick-ups and customer deliveries. The AM observes compliance of shipments, labeling, instructions and documentation with local and international requirements, laws and regulations. The AM cooperates with appropriate freight forwarders and carriers to achieve optimal service levels. Ability to coordinate local and overseas stakeholders. Position Requirements Minimum of 8 years industrial job experience in related fields or related education, any Graduates, Logistics or related disciplines is preferred. Knowledge in temperature controlled products and Dangerous Goods is preferred. Knowledge of SAP (SD module). Managing local vendors and bill payments Knowledge in Government regulations for dangerous goods and dry ice shipments in accordance with guidelines is preferred. Personal Requirements Team Player.
