Associate Manager - Regulatory Approvals (CPIT)

Purpose/Objective

The Regulatory Approvals Specialist in the Real Estate industry at Adani will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to regulatory approvals for our projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in dealing with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Develop and implement strategies for obtaining regulatory approvals for real estate projects in Mumbai Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project plans align with regulatory requirements Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to expedite approval processes Monitor and track the progress of approval applications and address any issues or delays Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and ensure compliance across all projects Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities Coordinate with legal teams to review agreements and contracts for compliance Provide guidance and support to project teams on regulatory matters Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and mitigate risks

Technical Competencies

Expert knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements in the Real Estate industry,Familiarity with zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental impact assessments,Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts,Strong understanding of local, state, and national regulations

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in real estate, Urban Planning, Law, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in Regulatory Approvals within the Real Estate industry Demonstrated track record of successfully obtaining necessary approvals for real estate projects Strong understanding of local, state, and national regulations impacting the real estate sector Certification in Regulatory Affairs or related field is preferred
