Regulatory Manager

Purpose/Objective

The Regulatory Manager at Adani Realty in Mumbai will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the construction sector. As part of the Adani team, the Regulatory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all regulatory aspects of construction projects, maintaining adherence to legal standards, and upholding Adani's commitment to excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the construction industry - Monitor and evaluate regulatory requirements for construction projects and provide guidance to project teams - Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits - Review and interpret regulatory documents and communicate requirements to stakeholders - Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory standards and implement corrective actions as needed - Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and proactively address potential compliance issues - Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Technical Competencies

Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements in the construction industry,Proficiency in interpreting and applying construction laws and regulations,Experience with regulatory compliance management software,Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
