Regulatory Manager

As a candidate for this role, you should have sound knowledge of the banking domain, which includes wholesale, retail, core banking, and trade finance. It is essential that you possess an in-depth understanding of RBI regulatory reporting and guidelines, such as the RBI ADF approach document. Your experience should demonstrate proficiency in handling various important regulatory returns like Form- A, Form VIII (SLR), Form X, BSR, SFR (Maintenance of CRR), DSB Returns, Forex, and Priority sector lending related returns to RBI. Moreover, a good understanding of balance sheets and P&L statements is required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting clients through providing user manuals, conducting trainings and workshops, and preparing case studies - Adhering to processes, reviewing product development, and documenting, validating, communicating, and coordinating requirements - Supporting business development by preparing proposals, concept presentations, and outreach activities - Maintaining and updating trackers, reviewing test cases, and providing training to internal and external stakeholders In terms of client and stakeholder management, you will: - Interact with clients for assignment execution - Manage operational relationships effectively - Gather requirements, track issues, discuss change requests, write FRDs, and prepare project status reports Additionally, you will be involved in people development by: - Coordinating with assignment-specific teams of consultants, developers, and QA professionals - Monitoring performance to ensure timely and effective delivery Please note that the above job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
