Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Engineering in Jubilant Biosys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the development of new products in API, Solid Dosage Formulations, and other therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
