Role Overview: Associate Manager – Real Estate (Mumbai Division)

As an Associate Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for

  premium residential projects

• Own the full sales lifecycle—

  lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and final closures

• Build long-term client relationships through a

  trust-based, advisory approach

• Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, and market competition
• Guide and support a small team of Sales Executives to achieve collective targets
• Regularly update CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developer partners to drive results

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2–4 years

  of real estate sales experience.
• Freshers from

  Tier 1 MBA colleges

  are welcome to apply.
• Strong track record in

  closing high-ticket residential sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to independently drive performance while mentoring junior team members
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
