Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategically organize, plan, and implement real estate project-specific sales campaigns.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the unique value of our projects to prospective clients.
Coordinate site visits and ensure a seamless experience for potential buyers, leading to successful deal closures.
Negotiate terms and close deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Oversee daily operations through effective use of internal CRM tools and maintain up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions.
Generate accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for management review.
Foster and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and repeat business.
