We're looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join us at our Nerul, Navi Mumbai office and take charge of end-to-end hiring as well as day-to-day HR operations for both locations. Key Responsibilities: - Hiring & Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Work with department heads to understand hiring requirements. - Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively source candidates via LinkedIn and job portals. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders. - Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. - Employee Management - Maintain employee records and HR databases. - Assist in performance evaluation processes and feedback collection. - Address day-to-day HR-related queries and grievances. - Coordinate with external vendors for background verification, training, and compliance. - Office HR Operations - Support HR functions for both Mumbai (on-site) and Bangalore (remote coordination) offices. - Ensure a positive and engaging work environment across both locations. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and monthly HR reviews.
