About The Role
We are seeking a
data-driven, results-oriented Associate Manager – Performance Marketing
to join our Growth team. In this role, you will design and execute
lead generation campaigns
across digital platforms, with a focus on
web-based lead capture (no app downloads required)
. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, content, and tech teams to build high-converting assets and scale our lead acquisition strategy efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms focused on lead generation via web-based lead forms.
- Develop and implement user funnel strategies to drive high-intent leads and optimize CAC (Cost per Acquisition).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and lead forms to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, deriving actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Identify and experiment with new channels, tools, and trends in digital performance marketing.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2C tech or EdTech.
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns using Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms, and other similar platforms.
- Strong grasp of user funnels, conversion tracking, and key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC).
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret campaign data using Google Analytics, Excel, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product-based or subscription-driven B2C companies.
- Hands-on exposure to CPL optimization and scaling lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with regional language marketing campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools for campaign optimization or creative generation.
- Exposure to Pinterest or TikTok Ads platforms (bonus).
Recruiter’s Review Criteria
Mandatory
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Proven experience planning & executing lead generation campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Must have managed budgets exceeding ₹1 Cr per month.
- In-depth knowledge of user funnels, conversion tracking, and marketing metrics.
- Prior experience in B2C EdTech companies.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
Preferred
- Experience using AI tools for marketing tasks.
- Exposure to Pinterest or TikTok Ads.
