Job Description

The Associate Manager is responsible for supporting daily operations, supervising team performance, coordinating with management, and ensuring business targets are met. The role involves leadership, planning, reporting, and maintaining overall workflow efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Manager in planning, organizing, and managing daily operations. Supervise team members, assign tasks, and monitor work performance. Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members. Analyze performance reports and share updates with senior management. Maintain strong communication between teams and management. Handle customer or client escalations and ensure quick resolution. Support recruitment, onboarding, and process improvement activities. Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards. Identify gaps in workflow and suggest improvements for productivity. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred). 2–4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
