Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts

Purpose/Objective

Day to day functioning of Finance & Accounts department • Maintaining book hygiene including ledger scrutiny • Preparing periodic MISs required for Real Estate Business • Providing support in Balance Sheet Finalization along-with periodic Audit closures • Handle RERA, GST, Income Tax, DTCP and other statutory compliances • Real Estate market awareness • Banking Operations

Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategic: - Execute accurate reporting that enables sound analysis and financial recommendations. - Managing relationships with bankers, partner, auditors, tax authorities. - Ensure proper accounting is done in the SAP along with vendor reconciliation. Operational and Financial: - Focus on daily and month-end activities to determine results and MIS. - Provide support in statutory audit, internal audit, and departmental audits. - Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheet. - Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks - Understanding of HRERA, GST, DTCP, Companies Act, Income Tax Act etc. along with its rules and Regulations. - Preparation of Financial reports showcasing and anticipating the organizational fund requirements and financial position. - To ensure that all the accounting entries are passed in the system along with the Bank reconciliation and statutory and vendor payments are made within Time limits.

Accounting Knowledge,Business Acumen,Knowledge of SAP,Stakeholder Management

Qualifications and Experience

- CA with 2-3 years OR CA Inter with approx. 5 years of experience in Real Estate industry. - Strong financial planning, analysis and forecasting skills, and experience creating and managing to business plans. - Must have knowledge of working on SAP software. - Good written and verbal communication skill. - Good Presentation Skills - Must have worked with Real Estate Developer
