Job Summary:

The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team by handling key responsibilities in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Areas:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating on-boarding activities.
• Maintain job postings on career portals, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job descriptions.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

2. HR Operations:

• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
• Support the payroll process by providing necessary inputs and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and other entitlements.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics as required by the Lead HR.

3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and appropriate resolutions.
• Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and analysing feedback.
• Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations during grievance handling.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors’ Degree in BBA/HR
2. 1-2 years of experience in similar fields (internship experience included)
3. Any relevant certifications are a plus
