Associate HR Executive

As an Associate HR Executive at E2logy, a leading IT services company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in managing core HR functions. With 0.6 to 1 years of HR experience, you will independently handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and documentation. Your proactive and organized approach will contribute to creating a positive and efficient workplace environment in the fast-paced IT/software industry. - End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles - Conducting HR interviews - Managing onboarding and documentation processes - Maintaining employee records - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies - Coordinating employee engagement activities - Handling leave, attendance, and health insurance processes - Generating HR reports for leadership review - Contributing to drafting HR policies and guidelines To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Have proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools - Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and levels Preferred skills: - Experience with HR platforms like Zoho Recruit or Zoho People - Exposure to training coordination and performance management processes - Ability to contribute to internal projects for process improvements and policy enhancements - Understanding of AI tools is considered an advantage This office-based role offers a collaborative work environment with occasional extended work hours during recruitment drives, appraisals, or audits.
