Job Description

As an Associate Growth Manager in the B2C/Financial services sector at our Gurgaon, Haryana location, your role involves resource planning to achieve set objectives, driving and enabling the team to reach goals, and managing relationships with clients, on-ground teams, and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, making necessary course corrections, and measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you should be capable of working on multiple fintech projects simultaneously and providing training and support for the team with course corrections. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan is also a key aspect of the role, along with achieving monthly sales targets from the portfolio of partners and managing multiple vendors who contribute to revenue generation for PickMyWork. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate: - Experience in managing B2C Sales Teams/FSEs/TLs/BDEs. - Completed MBA/PGDM. - Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills. - Success in revenue target-based roles. - Team Leadership and Management Skills/Experience. In terms of compensation, the structure for this position includes a fixed INR 30,000 along with a variable component of up to INR 5,000. The interview process will involve 2-3 personal rounds of interviews. Fluency in English communication (oral and written) is highly desirable for this role.
