PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps any company sign-up new customers and engage with them, through a pay-per-task model using up-skilled unemployed youth. Role- Tele Sales Executive Location- Gurugram Roles and Responsibilities- Calling Merchants/sellers for getting enrolled with online B2B platforms Achieving daily/weekly targets for registration and orders Maintaining good relations with existing sellers Tracking entire process starting from registration/cataloging/order delivered Helping ground team to locate and register seller onboard Giving market feedbacks on daily basis Coordinating with Ops team for smooth order delivery Whom are we looking for? Is comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced Start-up Environment. Impressive communication, presentations and interpersonal skills Work experience as a telecalling Proper Knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques Excellent time management and organizational skills Compensation Structure- Fixed INR 23,600 + Variable upto INR 5,000 Interview Process- 2-3 Personal Rounds of Interview Interested candidates send drop their resume at manisha.k@pickmywork.com
