Role & responsibilities Process the inbound tourism enquiries (inside sales). Sending quotations for various tourism requirements, following up and closing the deals. Maintaining a relationship with customers and giving prompt answers to customer queries related to travel, stay and sightseeing places of the destination, where the customer is interested in. (Necessary training will be provided upfront) Maintaining feedback of customers and processing it to the corresponding team for improvements. Maintaining the regular sales records, activity, follow-up and other various data in the sales process Preferred candidate profile Telephone manners, negotiation skills and analytical skills.
