This role involves both design and video production responsibilities, where youll play a key role in creating marketing materials that align with our business and client objectives. Role & responsibilities Develop creative design and video concepts based on business goals and campaign requirements. Prepare rough sketches, wireframes, or video storyboards for internal review and approval before execution. Iterate quickly and provide multiple creative options when needed to reach the desired output. Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics and video ads for platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns. Edit raw video footage by sequencing clips, adjusting pacing, enhancing visuals, and applying effects, transitions, and color grading to create polished content. Enhance video projects with appropriate sound effects, transitions, and background scores to deliver a pleasant audio-visual experience. Utilize AI tools where relevant to streamline processes or improve creative outcomes. Apply strong graphic design fundamentals (balance, contrast, hierarchy, alignment, etc.) to all creative work. Use solid video editing principles such as effective shot selection, sound prioritization, appropriate transitions, and visual pacing to craft engaging videos. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop (or similar). Strong knowledge of typography, branding principles, and visual composition. Hands-on experience with video editing software like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro. Proficiency in audio editing tools like Audacity to ensure sound quality and clarity. Good understanding of current design and video trends. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and receive feedback. Strong creative thinking with the ability to understand brand tone and target audience. Ability to manage deadlines responsibly while delivering top-notch quality.
