About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our JEE & NEET Academy team. The role involves connecting with students and parents, explaining our courses, understanding their requirements, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
Explain JEE/NEET courses, teaching methodology, faculty strengths, and program benefits.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
Maintain proper records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Provide accurate information about classes.
Coordinate with counselors, academic teams, and marketing for smooth enrollment.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve student/parent queries professionally.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic understanding of JEE/NEET exam patterns (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Good command of Hindi , English and Marathi.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
