Associate Growth Manager

We’re looking for creative minds to join our startup to develop and implement growth strategies in order to reach more users and maximize their life time. Managing and optimizing various marketing campaigns for our games, you will excel in your data analysis skills and develop a strong understanding of key business drivers. Responsibilities: Assist in running marketing campaigns end to end on various channels. Work towards defining target KPI's for campaigns and develop marketing plans accordingly. Identify key growth opportunities by crunching numbers and analyzing performance. Plan for A/B tests and deliver new approaches to maximize the outcome of all marketing efforts. Work with product team in creating key marketing content. Work closely with 3rd parties such as Facebook, Google, Ad networks etc Requirements: Experience in running campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads for Mobile Apps/Games. Experience in creating reports & analyzing data using Excel/Sheets. Experience in data analysis using SQL is a plus. Good communication skills with fluency in English and content writing.
