Role Summary

AGM – Real Estate Sales (Noida Region)


Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Revenue Ownership

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Noida primary sales portfolio.
  • Constantly monitor funnel metrics (leads → site visits → bookings → revenue).
  • Develop strategic sales plans for Noida and Greater Noida projects.


2. Developer & Project Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers across Noida & Greater Noida (e.g., Gaurs, ATS, ACE, Gulshan, Supertech, etc.).
  • Identify new projects suitable for NoBroker customers and onboard them.
  • Negotiate commercials, inventory availability, pricing, and exclusives.
  • Coordinate with developers for events, launches, site visits, and marketing support.


3. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of Team Leads, Relationship Managers, and on-ground Sales/Visit Managers.
  • Ensure efficient team performance through reviews, coaching, and capability building.
  • Drive a high-performance culture aligned to NoBroker’s customer-first mindset.


4. Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to site visit to booking.
  • Handle high-value escalations and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain NPS and customer satisfaction benchmarks for the region.


5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Inside Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams for lead quality, campaign alignment, and project visibility.
  • Ensure accurate project listings, pricing updates, and CRM hygiene.


6. Market Intelligence

  • Track ongoing NOIDA & Greater NOIDA real estate developments, pricing trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities.
  • Share inputs for project strategy, launches, and business planning.


Key Requirements

Education

  • Graduate/PG in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred).


Experience

  • 8–12 years of real estate experience with strong knowledge of

    NCR markets

    .
  • Prior experience in

    primary sales, builder relations, or project launches

    .
  • Experience managing large sales teams and delivering revenue targets.
  • Exposure to tech-driven sales models or IPCs is an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with developers and customers.
  • Analytical mindset with command over sales data.
  • Leadership ability and team management experience.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
