Job Description

As an Associate General Manager - Recruitment & Staffing , you will work to drive the growth and success of our Recruitment & Staffing services. This includes prospecting new clients, building strong relationships, understanding market trends, Sourcing potential candidates and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Your role is crucial in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment & staffing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new opportunities for the recruitment & staffing business unit.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ staffing needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline and track progress towards financial targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
