Associate General Manager

-Lead the service delivery of Order to Cash Managed Service Operations for HCLTech's client[s]
-End to end ownership of operations, contractual SLA/KPIs and client relationship - Oversee service transition and onboarding for new clients or service from Delivery standpoint - Develop and lead the operational governance management within HCLTech and with client organization -Develop and lead long-term service delivery strategies aligned with organizational objectives. - Lead transformation programs to modernize service delivery models. -Build and manage high-performing service delivery teams across geographies. - Establish executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Drive innovation through adoption of digital tools and analytics. - Ensure enterprise-wide adherence to service governance and risk management. • Report service performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.

- Experienced in leading service delivery of managed service operations in Order to Cash domain for a BPO organziation [ 100 + FTEs]
- Proven expertise in new account transitions from global clients preferably North American - should have domain expertise in Order and Cash operations in Collections, Disputes Management, Billing, Cash Application and Customer Master Set up - should have experience in handling large scale BPO operations covering people management, client management, driving transformation improvements, P&L management, risk management
